Must be used with Fram HP1 filter or similar.

The Maxi Filter traps harmful metal and carbon particles before they reach the engine bearings. Your engine will run cleaner and cooler with a Full Flow Maxi Filter Sump.

Installation of the Maxi Filter Oil Sump is as easy as changing your oil - just remove your stock oil plate and screen, then slip in the Maxi Filter and bolt on the mini sump. It's that easy! You can install a Maxi Filter Oil Sump on all 40hp, 13, 15, and 1600cc based engines, just bolt it on. A special one-way pressure relief valve assures continual flow of oil if the filter becomes clogged with sludge or goo. This high-performance cast aluminium oil filler breather tower is designed to efficiently manage engine blow-by. The tower features a finned cover and O-ring seal for a secure, leak-free fit. Internally baffled, it separates the engine's oil blow-by and channels excess oil back into the crankcase, ensuring a cleaner engine and improved performance.

The breather tower kit includes a new retaining nut and five breather outlets, allowing you to vent the valve covers and crankcase to your air filters. This setup helps maintain proper crankcase pressure and reduces the likelihood of oil contamination. Please note, this breather tower is not suitable for non-offset inlet manifold or linkage setups on twin carburettor systems.

Fittings included: 2x straight, 1x 90degree, 2x blanking plug 1/4'' NPT to 1/2'' hose

Maxi Pump 2 - Filters 100% of your oil all of the time. The Maxi 2 guarantees total filtration of all engine oil before it reaches the bearings. The added volume of the Maxi 2 will increase engine life by lowering engine temperature and pumping only 100% filtered oil to the bearings. The Maxi 2 features a die cast aluminium alloy pump housing pre-set to racing specs. The 9 tooth gears and special 'pressure chamber' design provide full range oil performance that only a Maxi Pump can supply. The spin-on oil filter can be changed in just minutes. Just unscrew the old unit and spin on a new filter. All oil is under the engine and cleanup is kept to a minimum.

This will fit a 3 bolt camshaft.

CB's Maxi pumps have the main drive shaft locked to the pump gear with a keyway, so they can't slip or lose oil pressure. The driven gear runs on a shouldered shaft that locks it firmly in place and can't be forced through the pump body and jam against the cam gear. CB Performance oil pumps are manufactured by an OEM supplier. The pumps are assembled with closer tolerances than stock pumps to provide increased oil pressure during low speed operation.

Recommended for use with full flow oil systems during the British winter. The thermostat opens at around 180 degrees Fahrenheit to allow all the oil to freely pass through the external oil cooler.

Chrome oil filler and breather box which attaches to the existing alternator/dynamo stand.

Two hose fittings point toward the fan housing, one may be an input which could be teed to the rocker covers, the other MUST be an outlet which can feed to an air filter or be fitted with a breather filter. There are substantial baffles inside the case.

The base of the unit unbolts and is fitted to the existing stand using a standard seal and retaining nut which are not included. Please order parts 113-115-495 and 113-115-475. To remove the existing oil filler you will require a tool AC000139.

You simply plumb as normal, but the third oil hose is your RETURN hose to route the excess oil volume back to the case (you'll have to put a fitting in the case or your deep sump to connect the hose to) This product lets you use the huge oil pumps and thick oil, preventing you from your oil pressure going too high, which causes the cooler relief piston to open BYPASSING THE STOCK OIL COOLER, which causes oil temps to skyrocket
