Upgrade your fuel delivery system with this Performance 12 Volt Rotary Electric Fuel Pump, engineered to support high-performance engines and larger carburettors. This self-regulating pump ensures consistent fuel pressure between 2-4 PSI and delivers a robust flow rate of up to 30 gallons per hour, addressing the increased fuel demands of performance setups.

Designed for use with carburettors, this pump features a quiet operation and includes a pre-pump fuel filter and mounting clamp for straightforward installation. It requires a 2-wire connection earth and live with the live wire easily connected to the coil positive for a switched connection. Note that the pump must be installed lower than the lowest part of the fuel tank to function correctly. For additional safety, an electric cut-off kit (AC127219) is available separately.

Notes:You will need to shorten your fuel pump push rod by approximately 20mm and keep it under the block off plate. It is important to check for clearance once you have shortened the rod. This is to prevent a drop in Oil Pressure created by removing the rod completely.

Fuel hose 5.5mm stainless steel over braid, sold per metre.
The 200 Series hose made by Goodridge is a top quality stainless steel braided nitrile hose with a high abrasion resistance. The hose is used a lot for motor racing and exclusively manufactured for Goodridge. It is resistant to high pressure and temperature vibration, fire risk and chafing. Its constructed of seamless synthetic CPE inner with a stainless steel braid. It can be used with all synthetic lubricants including fuel, alcohol, coolant, oil including methanol and nitromethane. Being Nitrile rubber it is also fully compatible with modern E10 fuels, (Petrol with 10% Bio-Ethanol) and being made by Goodridge you can be assured its top quality.

This comprehensive kit includes everything you need for installation—carburettors, manifolds, air filters, fuel hose, push-style linkage, and all necessary hardware. However, as the carburettors lack a vacuum take-off, you’ll need to install a Bosch 009 distributor for proper operation.

For optimal results, a rolling road setup is recommended to fine-tune performance. If issues arise at low speeds, replacing the smaller manifold barbs with AC1153971 and fitting a 1/2-inch hose balance pipe is suggested. Please note, this kit requires a specific rebuild kit, available as CB Performance part number 3297, to ensure continued reliable operation.
